You can’t go wrong with yummy, iced herbal brews mixed with simple syrup! These iced punch creations are not only delicious, but they’re also so beautiful when garnished with herbs, fruit, and borage flowers.

Hibiscus Magic Punch Recipe:
- Boil 8 cups of water in a large pot.
- Add 2 oz of dried hibiscus flowers and let it steep for over one hour.
- Slice up one orange and let steep for another 1/2 hour.
- Meanwhile, brew separately about two cups of water with spearmint and add sugar or honey to make a simple syrup on a very low heat.
- Strain the hibiscus flowers and all but a few oranges from your hibiscus brew, then pour your herbal simple syrup into your hibiscus strained tea. Add more orange slices and place in the fridge until the next day.
- Serve with orange slices, a mint sprig, and ice.




Lemonbalm and Lavender Magic Punch Recipe:
- Boil a in a big pot 8 cups of water, 4 cups of lemon balm, and two cups of spearmint. Let steep over one hour.
- In a separate pot create lavender simple syrup by boiling 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup of fresh lavender, 1/2 cup of sugar or honey on low heat for about 15 minutes.
- Strain both of the tea and the syrup, then combine.
- Add sliced lemons, and cool in the fridge overnight.
- Serve with sprigs of lavender and ice! Enjoy
