Pocket sized whimsy to carry on all adventures!
It would be silly not to do cucumber tea sandwiches for my magical tea parties! They are a tried-and-true tea party standard, and I understand why. They are easy, filling, and always crowd pleasers!
For my take on the tea sandwiches you remove the crust from white bread, add fresh cucumbers, a cream cheese filling with herbal goat cheese, lemon juice, tarragon, lots of fresh dill, and one secret ingredient…Believe it or not, the game changer in this recipe is prosecco vinegar, it’s a really bright white vinegar flavor, and a few splashes just really brings the cream cheese filling to life!

Ingredients:
- 12 bread slices halved, with crust removed
- 1 package of cream cheese
- about 2 ounces of herbal goat cheese
- 1 English cucumber, sliced
- Whipped cream cheese (8 oz)
- 2 tsp of lemon juice
- 2 tbs prosecco vinegar
- salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes

Recipe:
- Remove the crust from bread, halve slices, and now mix together cream cheese, goat cheese, lemon juice, vinegar, dill, tarragon, salt, pepper, and season to your liking
- Add about 1 tbs of cream cheese mix for each slice of bread, then add cucumbers trying to use the cream cheese spread almost like a paste to the bread. Repeat!
- When you’re finished, you can garnish the top of each cucumber tea sandwich with a little dill if you want! Time to par-tea! (Makes 24 tea sandwiches)
